All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order. All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. In case of shipping damage, the customer should contact us immediately, so we can promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to [email protected] within 36 hours. By purchasing from our web site, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual products may have slight cosmetic differences.

Domestic (U.S.) Customers:

If your product is in stock it will ship within 2 business days of approved and cleared payment. Orders are processed in order of receipt of approved and cleared payment. If your item is not in stock or stock is depleted via another channel we will contact you regarding your order. You will have the option to wait for your back-order, modify your order, or cancel your order.

International Customers:

Please note: there may be an import fee due on delivery. It varies depending on your province and municipality, and we do not have any control over it. If this is your first time ordering from a U.S. store, please double-check with your local officials first. By purchasing, you confirm that you alone are responsible for any import tariffs or taxes due. Packages that are refused due to unpaid duties will not be refunded.

Delivery Information:

All Domestic United States orders include Free Standard Shipping, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.Your product will ship from our warehouse within 3 business days of your payment clearing. We only ship Monday through Friday. Any in-stock orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday or Tuesday.

Items Damaged During Transit:

If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days by email at [email protected]. If you do not contact us within this time period, your damage claim may be denied by the carrier. Customer assumes all responsibility for the damaged item before it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.


Every product is satisfaction guaranteed and may be returned within 14 days of delivery date as long as it is in brand new condition (including but not limited to scratches or dents) and it also must be returned in the original box with the user manual and charger. The customer is responsible for shipping the products back. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Any credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser. All returns must be in original/sell-able condition and include the original packaging with all tags attached.  Only items purchased from www.buynightstars.com can be accepted for return.

Warranty Information:

Every FitNation product comes with a one year limited warranty against mechanical defects (limitations and terms below).

Warranty Limitations:

This Limited Warranty covers the original purchaser from any defects in material or workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the date of invoice. This warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the product, and is not transferable to a subsequent purchaser. FitNation will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts are our discretion. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models. This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to, accidents and improper operation or maintenance. Items returned for refund must be returned within 14 days from delivery. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds after 14 days.

Replacement Extended Warranty:

All replacement products are covered by the standard warranty starting at the date of original delivery. If for various reasons the replacement procedure extends beyond the warranty period, we at our discretion will extend the warranty coverage on such replacement up to an additional 30 days. Please be advised that this extended warranty is final and any additional extensions are non-negotiable.

Limits and Exclusions:

There are no express warranties except as listed above. FitNation shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. In no event shall FitNation be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (including but not limited to incidental or consequential damages for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of product, or any other consequential or incidental loss) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. FitNation is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

Rewards and Perks:

Customers may be entitled to various rewards and perks with qualifying purchases of FitNation products. Eligible customers will be sent an email or letter with online redemption requirements after your FitNation product has shipped. Gift Card Reward Offer: Offer ends 12/31/2020. Redemption required within 14 days of reward notification mail or email date. Gift card delivered within 21 after completed and verified redemption to customers who are in good standing from the order date and through reward fulfillment. Incomplete, late, inaccurate or unverified submissions will not be honored or returned. FitNation is not responsible for lost, delayed or misdirected messages including undelivered messages. Gift cards are accepted in the United States, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. No cash access. Limit one gift card per person. Commercial use prohibited. May not be combined with any other coupon or offers. Void where prohibited. Gift card providers do not endorse or sponsor and is not affiliated in any way with any product or service offered by FitNation. FitNation reserves the right to modify the gift card offer, or reasonably substitute the offer, at any time. Cardholder Agreement, will be made available with the online redemption requirements.


Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
